1. Our Commitment

At MoneyMonk Mind Education Pvt. Ltd., we are deeply committed to the quality and transformative value of our coaching and programs. We want every participant to feel confident in their investment. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

2. Digital Products & Free Diagnostics

The Alignment Mastery Diagnostic is offered completely free of charge. No payment is required to receive your AI-generated report. As there is no purchase involved, no refund applies.

3. Coaching Sessions & Programs

For paid coaching sessions and mentorship programs:

• 1:1 Breakthrough Calls: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Program Enrollments: Full refunds are available within 7 days of program start, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the curriculum. After this window, refunds are granted at our sole discretion based on individual circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Workshops, live events, and downloadable resources that have already been accessed are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to review all program details before purchasing.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact Us page with your purchase details and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 7-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

In cases of medical emergencies, family crises, or other exceptional circumstances, we evaluate refund requests with compassion and flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
